Apple Cinnamon Cake with Almond and Raisins

If you're looking for a failproof cake recipe, I think apple cinnamon cake is one of them. I can consider myself successfully made the cake in first try. It is yummy, moist, and easy to make. Apple cinnamon cake is perfect for breakfast or tea time, or maybe for hungry time in odd hour.

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients A:
3-4 Apples diced and sliced
1 pc Lemon juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
50 grams raisins

Ingredients B:
100 grams roasted chopped almond
200 grams white flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
200 grams sugar
3 eggs
6 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp milk

Topping:
1 Apple sliced
brown sugar for topping

Steps:
  1. Heat your oven to 180 C/ 350 F
  2. Mix Ingredients A in separated bowl. Add a little bit of sugar if your apples are too sour.
  3. Mix ingredients B in a bigger bowl well.
  4. Add apple mixtures into mixture B.
  5. Butter and line a 24 cm diameter round pan with parchment papera and spoon all of the mixtures into the pan. Arrange the sliced apples, raisins and brown sugar on top of it.
  6. Bake it for 40 minutes. Turn off the bottom heat in your oven to for the last 5 Minutes.

Note:
Raisins tend to burn if your oven ceiling is not too high.
You can add more apples into the cake if you like more fruit in you cake composition.
Store in fridge with cover or cling wrap to keep the cake moist.

It's sooo easy to make and I love the smell of cinnamon whille baking it <3

Enjoy ^_^
